Eligibility and account protection

Use the service only if you have legal capacity and authority to manage the account or business you represent. The service is not directed to children under 13, and their personal data must not be submitted. Protect your account and report unauthorized access to support.

Do not share passwords or connection credentials in conversations. Give team members only the roles they need. You are responsible for instructions and materials submitted by authorized users of your workspace, subject to rights provided by law.

Service, authorization and publishing approval

The service manages authorized social accounts, media and private drafts, prepares and schedules Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and tracks delivery. The plugin requires sign-in and authorization; workspace roles, subscription status and plan limits continue to apply.

Creating a draft, generating an image, attaching a file or preparing a plan is not publication. Review the design, caption, hashtags, destination accounts, timezone and times, then explicitly approve the displayed plan in chat or through the review interface before it is queued. ChatGPT may require an additional action confirmation. Review may occur in ChatGPT or on the website.

Revoking ChatGPT access or ending a session does not automatically cancel previously approved schedules. Cancel scheduled posts on the website when needed. Content already published must also be managed through the social platform controls.

Content, intellectual property and acceptable use

Rights in submitted content remain with their owners. You authorize the operator and execution providers to host, process, thumbnail, convert and send content to the destinations you approve, as needed to provide the service.

You must have the rights and permissions required for text, images, logos and people shown in your content. Review AI-generated material for accuracy, suitability and usage rights; it may contain errors or inappropriate claims.

Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful content or infringement, or to access unauthorized workspaces, disrupt the service or bypass security and operating limits.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions and renewals are managed on the website. The plugin does not charge or collect payment inside ChatGPT, and connecting does not activate a paid plan. Subscription status, roles and usage limits determine available functions.

Automated payments are currently being prepared. A displayed plan or price does not start a charge or automatic renewal. Before a paid purchase, the customer must be shown and confirm the amount, duration, payment method and renewal, cancellation and refund terms.

Contact info@webxup.com about invoices, mistaken charges or cancellation. These terms do not remove mandatory refund or consumer protection rights.

Third-party services and delivery limitations

Your use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and ChatGPT is subject to their terms, permissions and reviews. TikTok support through its native editor depends on available approvals and permissions; the plugin campaign workflow currently supports Facebook and Instagram.

Scheduling or delivery can be delayed or fail because of platform limits, expired authorization, policy changes or technical failures. A scheduled or sending status does not confirm a public post; use actual delivery results and platform-returned links.

Accessing ChatGPT images may require selecting the file from the library, especially in Work. Website review may be used when an in-conversation interface cannot load. We do not guarantee reach, views, marketing outcomes or uninterrupted availability of other providers.

Privacy, retention and termination

The Privacy Policy explains data processing, necessary recipients and deletion requests. Keep originals outside the service; the media library is not a promise of permanent archiving.

An account or function may be restricted as needed to address misuse, security risks or missing permission or subscription entitlements. You may stop using the service and request account closure or data deletion through support, after ownership and authority verification.

Responsibilities, rights and updates

The person approving a request remains responsible for reviewing content and choosing lawful destinations and times. The operator remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
