Email info@webxup.com, preferably from your account email. Include the workspace, draft or post ID, steps to reproduce, time and timezone. Redact sensitive information from screenshots.
Connections, images and publishing
For OAuth, image import, subscription or scheduling help, identify the platform and the status shown on the website. ChatGPT may ask you to select an image from its library to grant access. Never use guessed links or share passwords or connection tokens.
Data requests and account deletion
Use the subject “Social Publisher Pro data request” and identify the account or workspace and request scope. Ownership and authority are verified before action. Revoking ChatGPT access does not cancel previously approved schedules; cancel them on the website when needed.
Security and billing
To report a security issue, provide a short description and reproduction steps without accessing other accounts or disclosing secrets. Subscription and invoice questions use the same support email. Payments inside ChatGPT are not supported.
